Re: Does anybody know where to get video game sound clips?
Mon, July 18, 2005 - 6:56 PMI don't know of any web sites. You could use a Mini Disk recorder, DV cam, or some other digital recording device to make your own sound recording and then burn it to a CD.

Wed, July 20, 2005 - 4:22 PMIf they are PC games, you can use a DAT extractor and have the fully uncompressed WAV file. I've done it with Rome:Total War for a school final once. It worked great. -

Wed, July 20, 2005 - 4:25 PMOh, btw, I used X Video Converter using the trial version. Every other program that said they did DAT extractions didn't work. The Rome:TW game had some special DAT file though, so it was probably that. -
